(...) It's actually pully wheels. The original idea came from (URL), the one I made is longer. (URL) This is how the pullys are attached. I can't figure out the pattern those pulley wheels are using, especially how much space is between them. It doesn't look like the (...) (17 years ago, 13-Aug-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

(...) It's hard to tell from that picture, but pause the video and you'll see the balls run up at a 6-stud spacing. That means the peaks of the wave are six studs apart. The cams are spaced with one pulley plus a half bush, so are spaced exactly one (...) (17 years ago, 14-Aug-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

I built it last night. My earlier problem was in trying to use 4-stud axles to hold the pulleys in their offset position -- this is hard to describe, but the gist of it is the axles sometimes got in the way of other pulleys and warped their (...) (17 years ago, 15-Aug-07, to lugnet.technic, FTX)
