I made these speaker stands last year because my Center Channel speaker was too large for the top of my new Sony Television. They are as strong as the day that I made them and wedge perfectly into the top slots on the T.V. There are also stops on (...) (20 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

I still use Fischertechnik parts occasionally. In terms of there robotics (this will get me shot too...) and pneumatics stuff - they are far in advance of Lego - but for actually gearing and wheels Lego Technic does still come tops for me. Having (...) (20 years ago, 28-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

Yes - I can confirm these- I have these parts. Annoyingly - they are not in the LDraw parts cat yet. I have been working on a 32090 dat though - as that frame comes in very handy. The tracks also come with a set of spools: (URL) tracks dont work as (...) (20 years ago, 28-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

Well, a week ago I finally made it down to a GBC assembly in central Indiana. For those who think the GBC videos are wonderful, I can now state from experience they are nothing compared to actually being there! Steve has already posted some (...)
