Hi Max, If you look at some of the pictures from the link you’re referencing, you can see the instruction manual. It shows the independant suspension... So unless this is a custom made, custom printed manual, then yes (and by that I mean GREAT!!!! 8-)) this is a good looking Model-Team set riding on a decent Technic chassis... Now I wonder if it could be remote controlled either using Mindstorm or the radio control...
