Hi everyone, As promised, I have been working on a more interesting Technic project. I have made a couple pneumatic v4 engines which you can see here: (URL) you have any ideas on how to measure the power of these things, let me know. It would be fun (...) (...) It looks great! Have you thought about using it to power anything? As a car it shoudn't need a fly wheel. The cars momentum (geared up) will keep it smooth. I think it would be kind of quick. Just a thought. Nice work. :) Best regards, Paul (22 years ago, 15-Apr-03, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Yeah, I think Philo did the same thing when testing the various electric motors. Seems like it will work as long as I use a consistent air supply. (...) I like this! This was more along the lines of what I was thinking. Then I could just hook (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-03, to lugnet.technic)

(...) Alex Zorko has done just that. (URL) the bottom of his ideas page, and also his dodge charger model. He says it powerful enough to tear apart gearboxes. I am going to try using the new style cylinders, but they are much stiffer and I will have (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-03, to lugnet.technic)
