Yet another McDonalds request: need #6

Through what can probably only be described as two minor miracles, I managed to get one Tohunga away from having six complete sets. So if anyone has an extra #6 for me, I'm over my quota by one #1 and two #4s that you can choose from. (23 years ago, 27-Sep-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Technic 4X4 Off-Roader/Supercar comparison

Gaurav- Does the 8466 Off-Roader offer a transmission of any kind? Or does it just mate the engine to the drivewheels? Hey, do you want to sell one of your extra 8466's to me? He he...that is unreal that Lego could slip up, albeit very (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Technic 4X4 Off-Roader/Supercar comparison

In terms of functionality, the 8466 4x4 Off-Roader is actually very similar to the 8448. The main differences are that it has 4-wheel drive (whereas the 8448 only had the rear wheels powered) but it does not have the modular design of the 8448. I (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Technic 4X4 Off-Roader/Supercar comparison

(...) Hi Eric, According to the latest LSAH's special of the week the model 8480 is not on sale but still available. If you're hooked on Technic, that'll do the trick. And its definitely worth the price ($158 I believe). Eric #282 (23 years ago, 23-Sep-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Technic 4X4 Off-Roader/Supercar comparison

I have just built the 8448 Supercar and was amazed at all the components and how they mesh perfectly in unison...in a word, awesome.
