Impossible to take apart - reprise

After enjoying the discussion about the hard-to-take-apart cube I thought about some constuctions myself. Couldn't come up with something simple and elegant so far, however....... I'm just after taking the 8448.... almost. In the door-opening (...) (25 years ago, 11-Jun-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.technic)

  Re: LEGO Legends

Well, highly regarded by Kiernan and I, who do that section of LEGO.com (the BUILD section) and put together that Super Car article. I would hesitate to jump to any conclusions based on our editorial choices. =) Tomas Clark tclark@halfrobot.com (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: WOHOO! I got an infected mask already!

Holos and stuff like that are usually rare cards to get you to buy more packs in the futile hope to collect them all. Since the 3 theme decks actually give you all the cards, there would be no point in such cards (except that they would be really (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: LEGO Legends

(...) This might be a silly question, but what exactly are "Lego legends"? Is Lego re-releasing some of the older sets of the past 20 years? This would be really neat... Anyway if this is the case, here are my top 3 favorites before 1995: 8868 (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: LEGO Legends

I honestly think that the next Legends release will be an Auto Chassis or the Test Car. On www.lego.com in one of the Technic sections there is a little area dedicated to the Super Car family tree and the Auto Chassises (1) seem to be highly (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: WOHOO! I got an infected mask already!

(...) Why would the number of holos matter? It's not a collectible card game so whether or not any of them are holographic shouldn't matter. Unless you just like looking at shiny things. (25 years ago, 9-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Mata Nui online game help

I'm not too good at games like this and was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm stuck near the very beginning and I can't find the gear to drive the pumps to save the water Tohunga/Turaga. I have the mask and the lightstone, but where is the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  LEGO Legends

Okay guys, let's get voting for the first technic set to be released in LEGO Legends. My top 3 (in random order) would be: 856, the old Bulldozer 8868, Airtech Claw Rig 8860, Chassis Don't tell me, 8880 is missing.... I hope they'll put that one in (...) (...) I'll be seeing this some time, I'll let you know how it looks. You may recall that the visual design for Time Bandits included, if not actual LEGO, some interlocking construction toy, at key moments. (25 years ago, 9-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
