  Re: Bugs

Ah! Good thought Ray. But does the same apply to browser plug-ins also? If so, you are correct that there is something in Tim's registry (or elsewhere?) that says he has Flash, even if the bulk of the program is deleted. Tim? Is that any help? Matt (...)   Re: Bugs

With Windows it's a bad idea to just delete stuff because all the crap it had put in the registry is still there and Windows gets confused about it. Most programs have an uninstall routine that can be accessed in it's Start Menu folder or the (...) (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Bionicle Toa now in TRU

Went by Toys 'R' Us tonight to see if they had any Bionicle stuff in yet, and sure enough, they had all of the Toa. $6.99 a piece. I haven't read anyone else reporting this yet, so I figured I would post. David (24 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.loc.us.sc, lugnet.market.shopping)

I'd like to help but it's uneconomic for you as you have to pay two postage's then there's changing all the money, working out oversea's post and the fact Lego hate my debit card so I'd have to put it through my sister's account and borrow her (...)   Re: Bugs

I dunno' Tim. Either the Shockwave or Flash plug-in should be in there. Do you perhaps have more than one version of the browser installed on the system and you looked in the folder for a copy you don't use/didn't install the plug-in into (...)   Re: YEESSSS!!!!!

Hey Ian, I've found that about 40% of the time, the sky will stay black in a scene. The rest of the time, just wait another little while, and it will load last. Of course, as I'm sure you've noticed, the game plays fine without the sky anyway. Have (...) (24 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  YEESSSS!!!!!

I reinstalled the Flash plugin, and it works just fine!!!! (Except that the sky is often an ominous black) Thank you!!! Haha! Ian (24 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bugs

Tim, First you need to delete the plug-in from your browser plug-in folder, THEN go try the re-install. Flash isn't set up to to a refresh install overwriting the previous version (well, actually, it WILL refresh on the Macintosh, and saves me a (...) (...) Well, I've sometimes used the flexible "tubing" that's used as sheathing for the flex system stuff - shove it through the hole in the pin (it's a snug fit) and (purists & non-modification pundits beware) cut off the extra so it doesn't stick (...) (...) Never thought it could be translated that way, so I better comment on it then :) It seems like a good way to stiffen the pegs up and I might give it a go if I ever need it. Thanks. /Tobbe (URL) (24 years ago, 24-May-01, to lugnet.technic)
