  Re: McLaren F1 LM

(...) Very cool!!! I can't wait to see more detailed pictures of all the features you listed. I'm actually working on the same car(not LM) although I only have a rolling chassis right now. If you need resource materials, I recommend a book called (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Do Bioncle Masks hide Greedy Marketing?

(...) Bionicle (...) secondary (...) Just in case there was any doubt, I fully intend to add a Bionicle Mask trading page to my website, which already has the same thing for Throwbot/Slizer discs and Roborider Wheels. I'll probably get the Bionicle (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Pre-1995 strong pieces/attachments

(...) what I've noticed is the black friction pins - many models I've bought already built I've found it extremely hard to remove these, requiring me to push with an axle very hard. A couple I haven't been able to remove at all - I had to drill them (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Pre-1995 strong pieces/attachments

(...) Thanks for the information everyone. I just brought this back up since I recently acquired a rather old model (sealed/MISB 8865 Auto Chassis) and noticed that some of the pieces were extremely tough to put together, particulary the (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Bionicle correction and more info

(...) Given the choice between a stuff-up and a conspiracy/marketing startegy, choose the stuff-up every time. YMMV, DaveL (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: RCX & Cybermaster

(...) Just as a side question; can anyone tell me what the Cybermaster unit was like? What did it look like, and what kinds of input/output ports did it have? What pieces (in general) did the set come with? Thanks... -Gaurav Thakur, raving madman (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Steering of driven wheels

(...) I tried doing this a year or so ago using several (2/wheel) universal joints; it worked pretty well but had some pretty bad limitations. The main problems with it were that it was way too bulky (24 studs wide) and also that the suspension and (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: catalog(ue)s

(...) Here are some of the ones I can think of that exist in my collection... 1991 - 8838 Shock Cycle on cover (somehow my 1991 has a shock cycle rather than a control center) Shows 8074 Universal Flex-System Set, 8838 Shock Cycle and 8856 (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  RCX & Cybermaster

Has anyone tried (successfully, or not...) to create working models or systems using both of these items together? I'm guessing that I could use a mechanical feedback circuit (like 8868 alt. model / 8479) to trigger the RCX from the actions of the (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)
