Here are some of the ones I can think of that exist in my collection...
1991 - 8838 Shock Cycle on cover (somehow my 1991 has a shock cycle rather
than a control center)
Shows 8074 Universal Flex-System Set, 8838 Shock Cycle and 8856 Whirldwind
Rescue as "feature" models, includes several models from the past three
years as well: 8064 Universal 9V Motor Set, 8094 Control Center, 8835
Forklift, 8850 Rally Off-Roader, 8853 Front-End Loader, 8854 Power Crane,
8855 Prop Plane, 8862 Backhoe Grader, 8865 Auto Chassis). Also features a
bunch of Model Team sets: 5550 Custom Rally Van, 5590 Whirl 'n' Wheel Super
Truck, 5510, 5580 (can't remember the names of these two)
1993 - 8857 Street Chopper on cover
Shows 8082 Universal Multi-Control Set, 8857 Street Chopper and 8872
Forklift Transporter as the main models for the year; other new ones include
the 8824 Hovercraft and the 8042 Universal Pneumatic Set. Model from up to
1989 are available; the 8064 Universal 9V Motor Set, 8074 Universal

This catalog shows the 8448 Super Street Sensation as the flagship model for
the year. Other models include the first six slizer/throwbot units as well
as the 8444 Air Enforcer, 8445 Indy Storm and 8446 Crane Truck. Many of the
cyber slam units can also be seen (can't remember the exact numbers) here,
as well as the 8482 Cybermaster set. Nothing else (8428, 8459, 8462, etc) is
present from the previous years, but I have seen some of the older models in
the larger LS@H catalogs.
Anyone have a 1989, 1990 or 1992 Technic catalog? I recently got a sealed
8865 set from 1988 but it didn't come with a catalog for that year, so I
don't the mini-catalogs were around then.
(I've probably missed some of the smaller sets and may have made some
mistakes every now and then; this is just the stuff I can remember off the
back of my head)
