(...) Well, all colours of the heads are the same (the standard Lego light grey.) The 'eyes' were still the same like in the first batch, so no changes there. Okay, I have a new theory. If you go to the mask pages at bionicle.com, the Great Masks of Power (Toa Kanohi) must be collected by the Toa and each have he six little boxes of the Toa colors. The Noble Masks of Power (Turaga Kanohi) can be worn by (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Hi Carl, so, what about the colours of the heads themselves? Were they all light grey in these packs? Accoring to the boxes, the Turaga heads should be in their six individual colours (e.g. Vakama #8540 having a red head behind is orange mask) (...) (...)
