Re: My beautiful methods of storage —Mark D. McKean
(...) This comment, and similar ones from others, brings a question to mind... How many people store their minifigs assembled, and how many break them down into parts for storage? Me, I break my minifigs down and separately store torsos/arms/hands, (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.storage)

Re: My beautiful methods of storage —Chris Maddison
(...) Well, the minifigs I will use for my castle creations, they stay whole. The rest of the bunch I toss into organizers. -Chris (24 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.storage)

Re: My beautiful methods of storage —Shiri Dori
(...) Pretty much the same - I have a bunch of always-built 'figs, and the rest... it depends. Sometimes, I seperate them, like this: (URL) times, they are just thrown - whether assembled or not - into the nearest bin(s), but certainly NOT mixed (...)      Wow, thats a pretty organized bunch of bricks you have there Greg. You'll have to invite me over so time and share your methods. I can't ever seem to get my stuff sorted in a way that I like. The kids could play, and we (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-00, to lugnet.storage)

Re: My beautiful methods of storage —Ka-On Lee
(...) I *still* keep the minifigs in their original combinations. May be because I treated them like living people when I was a kid... Break them apart kind of "kill" them you know... ^_^; In the future I certainly will not pull the heads, arms and (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-00, to lugnet.storage)

(...) can (...) So you're saying that the cracked arms/torsos on some of my older minifigs are from removing the hands/arms? I am probably the least organized person in Lego, is keep everything in a huge plastic tub, mini-figs ranging in stages of (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.storage)

Re: My beautiful methods of storage —Frank Filz
(...) As I break down sets, usually the minifigs get sorted as torso+arms+head and legs+hips. I only remove arms from torsos, and legs from hips when I am in the process of customizing. When I wash LEGO, the heads come off also. Sometimes when (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jul-00, to lugnet.storage)
