OOM-9's head and torso isn't availbable anywhere except on the set he comes from, unless you find a paint color exactly like his markings and carefully apply it to a standard battle droid. The only thing thats "unique" in that set is the bowcaster that comes with Chewie... and it's only "unique" in the respect that it comes packaged with Chewie, the black crossbows have been around for quite a while.
