Nope, the Palpatine torso is different. Darth Maul has a large sash-style
belt; Palpatine has a small rope-style one. Look at em side by side, and it's
obvious.

| Well that makes em all unique. OOM-9's head and torso isn't availbable anywhere except on the set he comes from, unless you find a paint color exactly like his markings and carefully apply it to a standard battle droid. I'm not so sure about (...) (24 years ago, 26-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
