Can some confirm Piece???? —Doyle Nelson
Hello I need to know for sure with photo backing or someone who has the set. That the #7130 snowspeeder set, cantains 2X2 medium slope CORNER bricks in Light gray(also called convex). I was told it does but cant find pictures to support it. Please (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) It is rather difficult to see, but if you look closely at the front of the speeder you'll see them to the left and right of the nose. Rob +---...---+ | Rob Farver - rfarver@rcn.com | | (URL) | | (URL) | +---...---+ (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Wow, if that's the case Doyle ought to be set. I think he was offering $3.00 each for those bricks before - now he can order that set for $6.75 and have all those other pieces to trade/sell off. (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) That's if he can find them for $6.75. Hopefully they will be readily available and not scarfed up by all the Star Wars collectors. I too will be looking for lots of these for the same reason. I'll probably also be seeking out multiple X-Wings (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Can some confirm Piece???? —Tom Stangl
I ordered a complete set of SW sets, plus an extra Snow Speeder and Speeder Bikes for parts from S@H, because at this point, I'd rather be guaranteed the sets and pay a premium than fight the scalpers for the sets. Though that does NOT mean that I'm (...) (26 years ago, 16-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Can some confirm Piece???? —Tom Stangl
(...) Um, check EBay for SW Lego sets, and tell me there won't be active buyer interest, especially if speculators buy out stock. That's why I'm hoping TLG is ramping up to saturate the market quickly, to stop short-term speculators cold. I DO want (...) (26 years ago, 20-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Thanks for the reply, Tom-- I don't have much to add, except, yes, the auctions on eBay set my teeth on edge too. ;-) Sorry if I came across harsh.      Actually, it's $20 for 7130. Though I have already ordered a spare for parts, so Doyle and I can trade some parts. Though looking at the pic, the front slopes don't look like corner slopes to me. DOYLE - if the set DOES have grey corner slopes, I'd (...) (26 years ago, 16-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)
