Could we see the first LEGO minifig with long
hair??  I'm being a little tongue-in-cheek here, but it does make you
wonder.

Long hair with a ponytail has been around quite awhile in black and red.  I
have both kinds myself.  It remains to be seen whether the new color will be
brown or blonde.  I think Liam Neeson's hair is definitely more brown.

And for that matter, what about Jar-Jar?  I'd assume he'd have a
presculpted head or something.

I'm not sure... TLG has done printed heads for oddball things before, like
robots and the UFO guys, but they might change this.  I'm not actually sure
which I'd prefer...preprinted wouldn't do it justice, but molded might • promote
Town Jr-ism.  :-/

I don't think so.  I think it would be great if TLG would make a little
break from their usual style with alien minifigs.  It reminds me of the
original TV series Star Trek aliens.  They were almost exclusively bipedal
humanoids who breathed oxygen and spoke perfect english.  Boring, and
ultimately uninteresting because they're just not very different compared to
the supposed humans.

If TLG did make different shaped heads, I'd be really pleased.  As long as
they fit on every torso, I won't complain.

Men usually tie their hair at the base of the skull, while the (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-99, to lugnet.starwars)
