WARNING: THESE INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRE COLD, HEARTLESS MUTATION OF UNEXPECTING AND
INNOCENT LEGO PIECES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
To make Quadrinaros' Pod, I used two standard energy beams from Anakin's
Podracer. Attach them in an X, then tie clear fishing line around them. Now use
a Black & Decker Pinpoint Welder to heat up the crossing point. Slip a plastic
drinking straw on both pieces (so the melted plastic stays in a tube shape) and
stick it in the freezer. No kidding, you're gonna hafta shift around the frozen
peas and make room for the Legos. It is a good idea to do this step before you
build the rest of the pod.

Anyone got a good design for crossing the streams in a four-engine pod (...) (25 years ago, 7-Jun-99, to lugnet.starwars)
