Bill Katz posted to RTL the results of a study he did back in February
of 1998. His average was roughly 350 PIECES/LB. I don't believe he
separated bricks and plates. Of course, he can speak for himself.

| Weighed my Millennium Falcon last night and It's up to 15 pounds. Refining the lower surface demanded plenty of plates so the wieght creeped up a little bit. Simply flipping it over is a bit of a chore now. But all the details are coming together. (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)
