I'd say so, yeah. The proportions certainly look right.... the trick is to
find the right source material!

Basically, so do I.... although if you have a minifig sitting down (4 studs
tall) you'll notice it IS in scale for a seated figure... because of their
short legs they essentially have a different scale standing vs. seated.
I know it's not directed at me, but what did you mean by 'tilt the wings'?
