New models and contest reminder for MGLM

I just want to let everybody know about some things going on at my website. First, I have 5 new models to introduce. One of them (The AT ST) is by Carl Greatrix, the other 4 are my own. One of my models is a large scale Mech, with fully detailed (...) (25 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build.contests)

  Re: Pod Racing Bucket

(...) That makes sense - it would let them keep the price down, and encourage folks to buy the Anakin's Podracer and Mos Espa Podrace sets. I notice that there's no Padme figure included, sigh. My predictions (and hopes) for what it'll include: * (...) (25 years ago, 22-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) There you go, trying to be rational again. ;) Steve (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Pod Racing Bucket

I heard from Crispin at the construction site that the pod racing bucket is going to be jr. More like freestyle, like instead of those cool yellow pieces on anakins pod there would just be yellow plates for example. (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: When do we get these?!?

(...) Thank you! Curiosity was killing me. (...) Perhaps, but perhaps not (see below). (...) Wow! I am especially impressed by his Star Destroyer. I was certain that was build by Lego (not as pre-production, but as a promotional model). I have seen (...) (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: MSE-6 (mouse) Imperial Droid

(...) 5 pieces for a minifig scale Star Wars model. That´s a new record :) Now I know what to do with all the wheels of the advent calender. So many droids and still no stormtroopers... Ralph (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  MSE-6 (mouse) Imperial Droid

There really isn't mush on my web site other than the pictures of the MSE-6 (mouse) droid and a picture of my wife and I in minifig form (yes, I do have brown hair and a red beard). Also, if someone else has already come up with this idea for Star (...) (25 years ago, 21-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 7155 - ATT

(...) True. But, it is hidden. Like the red elements on the Sith Infiltrator. (...) Yes, but so much? It's awful. I mean, yeah, the parts are useful, but the model suffers horrendously. eric (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 7155 - ATT

(...) Actually, if you look at all the pictures that've been posted, it does have some blue and red in it, however, it seems to be somewaht hidden. :) Jeff P.S. At least the MTT has good colors like Beige and Green, rather than red, blue, and yellow (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: 7155 - ATT

(...) Afraid so. I'm looking forward to it, too. One of the things I like about it is that it doesn't encorporate other colors just for the sake of expanding the color range of the set, like the MTT and the Millenium Falcon. eric PS. The tank is the (...) (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: When do we get these?!?

(...) So the models are not all by LEGO? I think many people here thought they were. Are any of the models by LEGO, or are they all by fans? In particular, are the Stormtrooper helmets in this picture: (URL) LEGO pieces, or were they fan-created? I (...) (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  7155 - ATT

I am really anticipating this set, and plan on buying at least six of them. Is this going to be a July-release set? -- "There are two types of people in the world: Girls and Boys." (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: YA Destroyer Droid not unfolding

This works great! I did replace the (relatively rare) black catch with a gray one for the experiment, but filing down that edge *really* helps. I find it a bit more tricky to keep the droid partially folded until the front legs are locked in, but (...) (25 years ago, 20-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: NEW PICTURES

That's cool and marverous!! Especially,I'm surpised that AT-ST stands itself with its own legs. I also built AT-ST lastyear, but I couldn't let it stand without supporting lod...
