I just finished modekking this set in LDraw. I'll be posting it to my website, www.pobursky.com, this evening (~2100 EST). Hey Tim! Yes the upper body bends. It is mounted on a worm gear that acts as the spine of the Mecha. The Little Bot Series and the Gomgile all have this feature.
