  Custom Mini-Figs

I just checked out the following site: (URL) Someone is selling some really cool custom mini-figs. I am not here to advertise, but there are some excellent examples of Star Wars custom mini-figs, including Admiral Thrawn and Mara Jade. Plus, the (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: UCS X-Wing box error

(...) While you're at it, have you noticed how the box for 7186 Watto's Junkyard is printed with the Classic Star Wars logo, not the Episode 1 one? I think this set is quite neat, in that they provide you with just enough bricks in the junkyard to (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  UCS X-Wing box error

After taking a brief look to some of the past posts, Im surprised nobody posted this: All of yo who have it and kept the huge box: Take a look at the behind of the UCS Xwing box. See the model? Now zoom at the Big black decal at the display stand. (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Little observation

(...) Is that the generic computer/aviation controls with the little radio communicator on the side? I don't remember, but I'll have to check my old instructions file. What color is the brick, and what are some obvious features? Thanks, Aaron (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

  Re: Luke Skywalker- Sith?

(...) I seem to recall that his reasoning there was that the generic 'bad guys' were colorless, hence white/black/grey, with the obvious exceptions of the dark green uniforms of imperial officers. But 'characters' had more color no matter what their (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Little observation

The targeting computer screen found in the Space Police II sets shows a yellow ship that really reminds me of a Naboo N-1 Starfighter. Did anyone else notice this? (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)

  Re: TLG and "Seeding"

(...) They used to use such a system. See, for example, (URL) new pieces are noticeably darker than the old pieces. TWS Garrison (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Luke Skywalker- Sith?

(...) Well Lucas never did play by those rules of color. Look at the Stormtroopers, they carry out most of the Emperor's deeds in the Empire and are the most visible form of corruption and evil, yet they wear white. As to the shift to darker (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Luke Skywalker- Sith?

(...) Odd... I always assumed it was his ongoing fall to the darkside, which is what I always assumed the 'final' trilogy would be about. Mostly because Lucas makes various references to colors' signifigance, and Luke goes through 3 very distinct (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: TLG and "Seeding"

(...) I agree with the explanation too. Have you noticed how a lot of kids jumped on the K'nex system, but not Lego's own Znap? The big difference was that K'nex colour-coded the function of each element. There were no duplications of the same piece (...) (24 years ago, 11-Mar-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.starwars)
