(...) mmmm. Smooth and white - one of my favourite looks. Nice one. Neat landing gear now I need to buy more telephones. Allister (21 years ago, 16-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Very slick. I wouldn't have done the patchy color scheme myself, but that may merely be due to my limited imagiantion. It's almost System scale, only a bit beefier - good to play with, but not too heavy to whoosh as mine tend to be. (...) Well (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Trainhead gives space a whirl

Yeah, yeah, I know I've been into trains for quite some time. But after months and months of saying things like "I almost build space stuff", an upcoming LEGO show here in Dallas has prompted me to finally build some space stuff. I got primed by (...) (...) Thanks! Yeah, I tried to clump the color scheme- I don't use white much, but I thought this would be a perfect time to try a white/grey scheme. I also tried to get all the angles right too, I wanted this to work well. More excercise in snot... (...) (21 years ago, 16-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Very well done indeed. You seem to have brought a distinct Steamrunner class look to the P-38 contest. Warp engines are notoriously hard to build convincing LEGO versions of, but yours are incredible. I also like the manner in which the cockpit (...) (21 years ago, 7-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
