New MOC - Wyvern Dropship —Jeremiah VanderMark
Hey All, I just uploaded pics of my newest MOC - the Wyvern Dropship. It's still not quite done (some interior work to be done), but it's suitable for snapshotting. LMKWYT! -jeremiah- (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.space)

Exelent job on that ship, Jeremiah. It really looks exelent, and I like the coloring. -- Mark Nelson (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.space)

OooOOOooOooo... I LOVE those engines that double as landing gear! I also really like the way you have built the thing so it can spew troopers from both ends. Only one problem. You need a turret, or some punk with a Stinger is gonna ruin your (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.space)

Dropship Role ( Was: Re: New MOC - Wyvern Dropship) —Mark Sandlin
(...) OK, maybe I'm throwing too much quasi-realism at it, but I think this sort of discussion is fun. Transports should have a fighter escort, yes, but they have a different role than a dropship, and IMO, a dropship is better off if it can defend (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.space)

Okay, here's my .02 cents (which has recently been devalued to .001 on the dollar, but that's a different story). This could be getting more off track, but I believe it's a matter of numbers. You're ship needs x amount-fuel to move y amount-mass and (...) (24 years ago, 1-Dec-00, to lugnet.space)
