Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply. For those of you who heaped kudos on the MOC...your checks are in the mail. Let me take a minute and respond to some of the crazy-talk in this thread:

1. The rocky hill: Ok, there is no defending that one, it sucked. My inspiration was the necrotic growth on the posterior of Schin’s mom. While I failed to capture its striking resemblance to Abraham Lincoln it is fairly accurate in terms of size. However, for purposes of thie MOC, the hill blew.

2. Hippy lettuce: I’m surprised that so many of you jumped to that conclusion...can’t it just be some generic plants? Does everything have to have some kind of hidden meaning? Anyway, I only remeber about 5 of you randoms in that hotel room at Brickfest 04. Maybe it was stronger than I thought.

3. No special technique or cheating was required for that flooring, just lay it down Johnny, lay it down.

4. I found the number of ninja-turtle references disturbing.

5. Not surprisingly, Brassington had the best non-sequitur...something about licking his forearm

6. Nobody gave Rubin heat for that Starsky & Hutch coffin car that is apparently flown by telepathy? I mean the design is cool, and being able to incorporate Dan’s work into the dio rocked....but no smack?

7. Yes, I have made it my personal mission to eradicate the stud...the stud is a plague upon the land....we must drive it from the land like Larry P, with rocks, pitchforks, torches and assorted whatnot.

Thanks again for the legion of comments, you wacky afols you.

-Keith
