| | Hello .spacers! Here is a little "custom" space shuttle I made, thinking of one album cover from ZZ-Top (it can be seen with the pics). (URL) Click on the pic = folder post mod. Once again I used some printed slopes, and I think a funky colour (...) (20 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX) !!

| | | | (...) being a ZZ top fan this is by far the coolest thing I have ever seen. Is that Billy or Dusty out in front of the ship? ;-) Cheers. Nice idea, only plus would be if it was orange. :D Rick (20 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | | Thanks Rick! (...) Oh I let you choose... I am not that familiar with the band in fact. I remember that cover because one of my sisters had it when it was released. Rough boy! ;-D Cheers, JP. (20 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | Most excellent landing gear, dude. Lots of style, lots of oomph, and I bet it swooshes like a mother. Seeing this (URL) view> I think the white + tan works, but afterwards I noticed you added all kinds of red+green splotches everywhere to match the (...) | | | | I like the use of the arch pieces on the bottom, the choice of colors, and the overall shape is kick-arse. What I do not like is the printing on the 12x3 wedges, it detracts form the overall smoothness of the ship -- I think a little brasso there (...) (20 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | | (...) On the back of the 3x12 slopes, I put one 1x4 plate. Under that 1x4 plate (so it is still going inside the cockpit), I have one 2x2 plate. This 2x2 plate goes lower than the 3x12 slope when watching the ship form her side. I still have 2 studs (...) (20 years ago, 30-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | Hi Brent, Here we go: (URL) You can see the few parts I use on the back of the 3x12 slope, and you can also see that with the lime green grill tile, there is one 1x1x1 round tan part. It's used to kep the door in position, opened or closed. The 1x4 (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
