They be from set 3423 Freekick Frenzy. Look for them anywhere you would find
clearance Lego. There be 4 of those parts per set. Expect to see more of them in
the future. The slots are infuriatingly narrower than a tile's thickness, but
they do have an axle hole in the base. Challenges...and possibilities...
