Hello. I made a comic. (URL) Click the picture, stupid. That is all. ~Kevin Blocksidge (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX) !

Re: 2 New Starfighters- Kestrel and Bloodstar II

(...) Thanks, Gil. I would have like to have retractable landing gear in the design, but I don't feel that approach would have resulted in such a sleek look for the fighter. (...) I have similar bias for traditional Lego elements, but when I made (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Chimaera Fighter/Bomber, really

(...) Regarding the droid arm thing, it just occured to me that you could replace the plates with handles with 1x1 plates with horizontal clip. Then you could use battledroid bodies instead of the arms, and battle droid bodies are now available in (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space)

Re: 2 New Starfighters- Kestrel and Bloodstar II

(...) These are fun, Todd. The Kestral has a nice, slender airframe that works really well with it's 'light' designation. It's good to see that canopy in use as well. The angling of the rear fins nicely breaks up the line and gives it some (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: The Chimaera Fighter/Bomber, really

  Re: Ships from Homeworld 2

(...) Too bad about the pics, its kind of like watching a 1950's tv with a broken antenna...all fuzzy with the vague impression that you are being irradiated while watching it. That said, the ship looks pretty damn cool, and faithfull to the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Chimaera Fighter/Bomber, really

(...) I like it. I especially like the shape of the bombs, and the cones that stick out from the bottom. There's a hatch at the back of the bomb-bay, is there anything in there? Some sort of ECM perhaps? I can't say that I think tan was the right (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: The Chimaera Fighter/Bomber, really

(...) The shape turned out a lot better than I expected, and I was very happy with the colour scheme (...) Though that is an awesome idea. (...) photography is not my strong suite, I'm still muddling my way through. probably won't get much better (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jul-04, to lugnet.space)
