  Re: More from the braintrust.

(...) Ha ha ha! That is too much! I wouldn't even know where to begin making that thing! And I'd have to order a pneumatic tank to use as the gas can, no no, just won't work. As to the wedges on the legs, I ordered them thinking that they would be (...) (21 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Making use of the saucer peices

(...) Thank you for your kind words. If you check out the rest of my brickshelf directory you’ll find several technic figure scale ships. The middle ship is a cross between an A-wing fighter and a formula-one racecar -- and is appropriately called (...) (21 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Pirate MOC : Mosquito

(...) Hi JP. Love the bionicle thingy, it's the rest of the ship that has to go. ;-) Just kidding. I think the problem is that it looks tacked on as an afterthought (even if it was the first thought.) And, it appears to interfere with the pilots (...)   Re: More from the braintrust.

(...) How about (URL) this one>? ;) That's a cool mech by the way. It's got plenty of character. I probably wouldn't have used the large wedges on the legs myself, but it seems to work. Does it take a figure, or just the brain in a jar? Cheers, (...) (21 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: More from the braintrust.

(...) Thanks! I am considering what to make next. I've thought about maybe a dragonfly based transport ship, a centipede train, or some sort of beetle or ladybug bot whose carapce conceals missiles.   Re: More from the braintrust.

(...) Thanks Ley, I appreciate the praise. I too was really happy with the printed wedges in this MOC, it looks alot better than it did with the plain ones.   Re: Pirate MOC : Mosquito

(...) I really like this ship. The harpoon and cable thing is cool, and I really like the way you made the rear thruster assembly. I also think that the blunt shape of the cockpit is very stylish.   Re: Making use of the saucer peices

(...) This is pretty cool, very impressive to make any kind of ship for technic figs, and I really like the smoothness of this MOC. The ship in the middle of the group of three also looks interesting, I'd like to see some more pics of that. -Dan (...) (21 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
