  Patrol Craft

Finally got my hands on another 2 x 2 round dish this afternoon so I could finish off the Police Patrol Craft that I built on Sunday. (2 URLs) The vehicle accomodates a single officer, and is used mainly for light patrol duty. If force is needed, (...) (21 years ago, 13-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: zemi.net

(...) LOL, actually for you to respond to my comment is a complement by it self.. Thanks a lot Jon.. Joseph (21 years ago, 13-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-38 contest voting ideas

(...) I think the "fastest" solution, is to pick up your favorites since you are the one who's hosting the contest.. It just takes so much time or effort for you to make the script, and/or select the judges or even for people to respond to that poll (...) "Joseph Kazmo" <darkkazmo@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:Hw1GBu.CAI@lugnet.com... (...) You guys (...) Thanks dude. (...) Your site would have to be scary and sharp and pointy and stuff. That's supposed to be a complement but kind of came out (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: P-38 contest voting ideas

(...) Well, if you don't want the usual unorganized scramble of emails, a voting script would work fine. It wouldn't be hard to make- you'd just email us passwords, we'd log on to your site and cast our votes. Once they are recorded the script just (...)   Re: Police Hovercar

(...) Thanks,JP. I thought about using the same canopy from the "Coyote" but it would'nt have meshed well with the prisoner compartment. Later, Todd (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Police Hovercar

(...) Interesting design. Kinda reminds me of those alien fighters from the film "Independence Day" (...) Thanks, Elroy. I was'nt sure about that light bar. Sliding a cylinder light over a half pin may not be considered a "pure" technique in some (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: What's a Hover Dirt Bike?

(...) Thanks Dan. Yeah, I'm fine with 'cute'; at least it's something to do with those 'metal detectors' that tend to pile up in the closets. And, yes, I must say there's a fair amount of cobbling going on here. I'm thinking that modular units are (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: zemi.net

(...) Looking good! I really like the clean layout of the site and the nice graphics. Definently a winner web site. Appears to work well, too. The messed-up thumbs are kinda weird, though. The dimensions are fine on my site and I run a modified (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: NBA Space Container Madness - Let the flames begin

Mike, Once again, great job. These rock ! I "ldrew" a version of your original 8x16 NBA Container with holes in the sides like my TEU's. (URL) seems perfect for a container standard for all the reasons you mention. Using the 8x8 and the end adapters (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space)

Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead) Star Wars Mini-Land Figure

With all the extra chocolate I've been eating recently (the Easter Bunny is always very good to me!), I was in a "brown" kind of mood. So, I thought I'd finally take a crack at Hammerhead. Since he didn't do very much in the Cantina scene, I wasn't (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

  Re: Police Hovercar

(...) Nice! I like the shape, and I think alot of the small details are very well done. Is the prisoner compartment removeable, ala Space Police? -Dan Rubin Chair of the Cyber-braintrust (URL) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: Police Hovercar

(...) Cool...reminds me of the big, chunky Fords the cops used in the late 70's, earl 80's....just made for trading paint with the perps. Now...the police station? ;) Cheers, -G (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

Re: What's a Hover Dirt Bike?

(...) This is really neat...it's like a Train Shed for space. It reminds me of the classic early 80's idea book that followed the figs thru the different themes. Just good ol plain fun. -G (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Bow before Brayn!

(...) This is genious...a 'hat within a hat'. At first I didn't see the cap on top of the vehicle...when it clicked, I actually laughed out loud at my desk. Pure proof that concept is 50% or more of the successful MOC. Cheers, -Gil (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Techwest: Rocketwell's Wagon

(...) Dude, this is a blast. You've nailed the theme perfectly, IMO. Bessie is right on the money and works well in a 2 to 4 stud thickness. I think one of my favorite bits is the half-circled arrangement of the brown backpacks on the tail (...) (21 years ago, 12-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
