  Re: Mirage

(...) Thanks! (...) Yes, I wanted the pods/pylons to double as landing struts. Actually, what I didn't plan on was the retractable landing gear in the middle. Originally, I was going to have fixed skids underneath the main body, same as the skids on (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  New MOC: F-38 Impulse

Here's my minifig scale entry for Jon's P-38 Lightning contest (2 URLs) F-38 Impulse>> (URL) F-38 Impulse> The intakes on the front are built in 5 different directions if you include the text on the outside and the vents on the inside.   Re: BIA - Blackron Intelligence Agency Preview

(...) That's a very cool module, I love the way the columns interconnect with each other at different heights. The custom stickers are well done too. But might I suggest you resize those images? They are awfully big and bandwidth heavy for no real (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

BIA - Blackron Intelligence Agency Preview

Good Morning, Here's a preview of the Blacktron Intelligence Agency for the upcoming moonbase project at the Parent's and Children's Expo. I'm still waiting on a few Bricklink orders to complete some details, but i thought I see what people think. (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.org.us.indylug, lugnet.space) !

B'Omar and F'Omar Deep Space Fighters

Wow! Three space MOCs in a day. I may have to stop claiming not to be much of a space fan. The B'Omar and F'Omar Deep Space Fighters are microscale fighters clearly inspired by a certain Star Wars set... not necessarily a set that you might think (...)   Space Bubble Car

I'd be surprised if this is a particularly original MOC, but I can't recall seeing one around. So without further ado, here's the Space Bubble Car (URL) There's some more pics of it, post moderation, (URL) here>. Cheers Richie Dulin (URL) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Argent Supra

(...) Well, what can I say that hasn't been said. Lime green is not a colour that I use often (or at all even) but it looks simple stunning on this model. Printing stays, looks great. Might have worked in just red or blue though, but lime green (...) (22 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Little jet, fighter

(...) Thanks Tom! Especially with these little sets it's quite difficult for me to get the parts at the right place. But I like these challenges and I think it's great for others too, because they are able to rebuild it when they posses this set. (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

Re: My P-38 entry - not the Paparazzi-38:)

(...) I'm quickly becoming a fan of white and blue color schemes, so this P-38 entry strikes a nice bone in my body. With a color change from blue to red, I can easily see this being the paparazzi's ship! Nice job, Joe :) --Ryan W. (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: P-38 Lightning Mark XII - contest entry.

(...) Allister, this is one fine vehicle. It resembles the P-38 enough that it conforms with the contest outlines, but you altered the design enough that it looks very spacey indeed. I think this is my favorite entry yet in the contest. Awesome (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.contests, FTX)

  Re: Little jet, fighter

(...) You've got some really nice forms there. The jet and the chopper have great lines and look very natural. That you accomplished this within the limits of one set's worth of pieces is that much more impressive. -- Tom (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: Argent Supra

(...) snip Wow, way cool. I don't know if I can add much more to what has already been said. I do like the color-scheme and the printing on the pannels does not bother me too much. Looks like it would be a super-fast; better watch out for space (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Mirage

(...) Cool ship. Looks beefy and rugged; like it was designed to take a beating and still come home. Kinda feels very A-10 warthog-ish if you know what I mean. I also really like the way you build the engines on your ships. Is this ship supposed to (...) (22 years ago, 21-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)
