Yah, this is what I assumed would be happening with everyone else's modules when
I built this:

And this one never even made it to a layout (well, neither have I, but that's
another story). I really like the idea of having parking lots for small
vehicles and such under modules, and ground-level stuff (like the junk bot
dealer, phone booths, and elevator in the above mentioned).
No real suggestions other than that, and I would like to add that raising the
moonbase modules 2 bricks would accomodate the road system. More room for the
spacebus.
