I tried to make this ship a logical progression from
LL918, LL924, LL928, hence the LL930 name.  I followed
patterns established by the "Trinity" like this
throughout the planning - the number of thrusters: 1,
2,4,8 - number of trans-yellow windscreens: 1,2,3,4 -
stands: 3,4,5,6 etc.

Very nice.

There's a couple aspects that I'm not totally pleased with,
but I really can't think of something better - please feel
free to give suggestions.  Criticism is fine as long as you
provide a possible improvement :)  I guess I need a name for
it too - Galaxy Expedition?  Excursion? :)

Ok, here's what I would do for improvements:
- Make the nose a little longer. It looks flat like the smallest
two, but it doesn't look proportional.
- I would make the wings a weeee bit longer (not too long, but a bit)
  Again, proportions :)
- Please don't name it after any Ford vehicle ;)

I really like the increased cargo space.

Also, someone made a smaller ship than the LL918, it's a shame you can't
photograph all five together :)

Also, check out my son Peter (2.5 years old) playing with "our"
Classic Space Lego :)

*sniff* ahhh, the memories :)

(...) Thanks Anne :) I really like your stuff, btw! (...) I think you're right - if I were to try and follow on from LL928, the nose should be longer. But I actually experimented with that a lot before I started building, and I like the (...) (21 years ago, 20-Jul-03, to lugnet.space)
