It think it would be nice to have a sort of sig option letting you save and
apply a sig image or text to all your posts. In addition to being convenient,
it would be easy to fairly impose a size restriction on sigs.
(My sig alright? Is it too big?)

using a dial-up connection so I don’t have very fast load times. Another
thing if you must imbed a picture please make it no larger than 640x480 and
use a lower jpeg compression so it is not much above 50-60k. The image
quality will not suffer much but the file size makes a huge difference.

If I had implemented it, I would've done that, but Todd didn't implement "sigs" he implemented FTX which is FAR more useful than just sigs. Besides, maybe he'll do a "sig" option (...) (21 years ago, 10-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
