Dude! I Love the Hammerhead in CB! As one of the many hardcore Bebop fans I
applaud you attempt at this MOC. I have been playing with idea to build one,
but the difficult angles prevented me from attemping.

The colors are great! The angles on the fuselage (sp?) look very seemless
and like the Hammerhead. The wings have good form too. The harpoon arm and
claw are much larger on the Hammerhead then this, but it still looks great
your way.

I'll admit that the arm looks a little wimpy, especially the claw.  If
anyone can come up with a better idea let me know and I'll incorporate it.
As is evident in the pictures I was originally going to post without any
sort of claw, but I added the three finger one at the last minute.  Not the
greatest, but you get the idea.

The critism I have is you skipped the MONO pod dude! I know you didn't want
to do it and you were just inspired by the Hammerhead, but the MONO system
rocks! I say go get two LOM T-3 trikes for the bubble canopies and slap that
baby on there!

I just found the Swordfish this afternoon and I've seen your Redtail before.
I like both of them and I'm a bit envious of the Redtail.

Within the context of the Bebop universe I too love the MONO pod concept,
but to do the MONO pod on this MOC would have really increased the size and
I don't think I have the bricks to do it (as it stands I'm getting really
low on white and tan), and not without the MOC getting a rainbow paintjob.
Not to mention I really wanted to use the Jedi Starfighter canopy on
something.  But I do have two T-3 trikes so maybe one day I'll give it a
shot.  Maybe I'll do a rendition of the Redtail and I'll try it there.

Thanks for the comments.

Jason
