Thanks.  Don't cross your eyes, just look at the amorphous blob that is the
thumbnail :)  I tried very hard to obscure the lameness of the lame parts as
much as possible, which is why it ended up being my third MOC with the
brown/grey/tan color scheme.  Most of the lame parts are those colors, so it
looks much more incorporated this way.

Like I said to Jon, I really liked the way the soccer ball mount worked out.
Unfortunately, the structure sits right between the junction between the
studs forward rear portion and the studs up front portion.  It makes that
whole area rather fragile.

I love that canopy, too.  I ended up using it because it looked like a
scaled up version of the LOM canopy I used on the Megaera.  It kept a
familiarity between the two ships.

Thanks again for the compliments

Dude... that is awesome.

If I cross my eyes, this MOC looks like a super-cool space
fighter-something-or-other.  I then uncross my eyes, and this wealth of
detail comes.  I love all the spaciness in this MOC... even though it is a
lame-part model.

I particullarly like how you put the soccer ball in, (it looks just like a
reactor!) the tree stumps, and how you attatched the piston heads using the
diver-arm thingie.

Oh, and a good use of the much-coveted Slave I canopy.

Wow!  This gets my highlight.

Hey gang.  I've been busy doing strange things with lame parts, and the
result is the Chaos Nova, my entry to the lame parts contest.  It uses 8 of
the 10 lame parts (I don't have any Galidor, nor any of those little white
fences) so I included 2 other lame parts in their place, the Knight's
Kingdom catapult and the grill/headlight piece from the Adventurers cars.
Look for it on the space page.

Cheers
