Hmm...maybe it was a rerun on the Cartoon Network...I saw it way back in the
early 80's and their ship could transform into a fiery bird at times. I
remember the birds suits too...I think we are talking about the same show :-)

| Yes indeed, that was the show. The original Japanese name is Gatchaman, but was imported to the west as Battle of the Planets. The group itself goes by the collective name of G-Force. Many intros often had G-Force superimposed on the opening (...) (22 years ago, 8-Nov-02, to lugnet.space)
