I beleive Joel's Bev Grace is the biggest:

Bardiel http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=7527

Oh, and my ship is pretty big :-P http://lego.kepplah.com/myase

PS, The shipyard: http://www.zemi.net/shipyard/

I'm almost positive thats right.  I believe Bardiel was like 298 studs long.
I believe Joel's ship was about 1.5 feet longer than mine.  And considering
that his ship was much more filled in, his ship is by far the largest.

Another builder to consider is Jason Baker.  I actually consider this guy
the grand-daddy of capital ship buidling.  His last ship, The Hyperion, was
massive:

On one more note.  That first pic of the those 2 german twin cap ships is
pretty handy.  Using the trans neongreen saucers (20x20) as a guide, it
looks like it's roughly 240 studs long.
