    Space Vehicles —Jamie Neufeld
Here are some Space Vehicles I built before I got hooked on the Moon Base Project. They go along with my Space Cab. Space Police Car: (URL) Fire Engine: (URL) (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build) !

(...) Thanks, it's my favorite of the 2. (...) I like the pod too. I figured there would be no use of ladders in the future when everything hovers, why not have a pod to extiguishing fires. (...) Jamie www.ozbricks.com/jneufeld (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Space Vehicles —Jacob Sparre Andersen
(...) But I would rather classify them as (science fiction) "town", than as "space", since they remind me of movies like "The fifth element" and "Bladerunner" and of the city/planet Rubanis in the "Valerian" comics. Play well, Jacob -- Formula One (...) (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

Re: Space Vehicles —John P. Henderson
(...) I agree. I find the fire engine in particular quite lovely! (...) Indeed this style does remind us of such movies/comics, but I disagree about them being "Town." As far as I am concerned, anything *futuristic* can be considered "Space." That's (...) (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

Re: Space Vehicles —Lindsay Frederick Braun
(...) Agreed. Nice use of the curved pieces, and the Slave I canopy on the fire engine! (...) Disagreed, because by that measure a huge percentage of .space postings would also be .town. "Futuristic" tends to fall under .space's purview, if (...) (22 years ago, 9-Aug-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.town)

        Re: Space Vehicles —Gil Shaw
Truly excellent as always Jamie. Although both are dingers, the Fire Engine really is a beautiful piece of work for all the details others have described before me.          Re: Space Vehicles —Jamie Neufeld
(...) Thanks Gil. Usually if I have an idea I just go with it without sketching it. I go by "build once for shape, build twice for detail." I usually build something and then just let it sit in front of me while I look at it and see if I can add or (...) (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) LOL (...) It's my fav too. (...) Well these vehicles are more of a futuristic earth city more than a space city. I just couldn't find lugnet.Scifi. :) (...) Jamie www.ozbricks.com/jneufeld (22 years ago, 9-Aug-02, to lugnet.space)

        Re: Space Vehicles —Norman Mensing
Hi, (...) Cool, very cool. A nice example that a MOC does not have to be big in order to be great. Pretty stylish and very "policish" design.
