No, your ship was indeed first. I used the idea of two 8x8 radar dishes
around a central piece a while back, but that was to make a ground-based
laser turret. I'll probably bring it to the next Brickfest, because it
would be perfect for the base... I built the pod about a week before
Brickfest, on my last day at home before leaving. I'll probably photograph
it sometime soon, along with a few other things I've been meaning to post.

Ty, my original goal was to build an aphid-like ship, similar to the
original concept art for the Trade Federation air speeders that never made
it past concept stage for Episode One. I've been considering making a few
more Tetravoidian ships in the future, but first I need to get more of the
figures to make them.
