I doubt that- there was a redesigned crater plate in <set:6190>, which came
out just a few years back. And since it only appeared in one set, chances
seem pretty good that the mold is still good. I think Lego Direct has that
version of the plate as an available option, which I would find to be a
suitable replacement. The geometry is pretty much the same, except that it
has studs inside the craters.
