I didn't know about the long weekend (though I notcied other creations,
posted later than mine, recieved responses...), sorry.

I'd like to point out that bricks always doesn't have to be used for
what they were originally meant to be, like arches and fences for
instance ;-)

Many of the classic space sets used fences, and,to take a newer example,
the Ultimate Collector's Series TIE Interceptor uses showels and
harpoons as weapons (or whatever they are meant to be, I'm no SW expert).

Mladen, thank you for pointing out things you didn't like with my model.

I think that pointing out things which one *doesn't like* is just as
important, as pointing out the good things. But that's my own opinion,
remember that. Others might not like getting "bad" criticism.

(...) I think this is a very good and important point. I think the true genious of LEGO modeling lies in using parts for other purposes than usual. The UCS Tie fighter is a good example, and also the triangular signs on the front of the Speeder (...) (23 years ago, 6-Sep-01, to lugnet.space)
