  Re: Gip Metro

(...) Are you kidding? OF COURSE A NEW NEWSGROUP IS NEEDED!! Yay for Metrosexual Felix, a Magazine God amongst men! -Lenny (19 years ago, 27-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

--SNIP-- (...) Does that really work? I always though bicarb of soda (I think what you call club soda) was the best and cheapest way to remove stains but if boiling water alone will work that is extra good. (...) Because it's useful. Oh! And great (...) (19 years ago, 27-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Space Coupé

Once again I made a space car: (URL) Click on the picture for the BS folder! Cheers, JP. (19 years ago, 27-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX) !

  New Mecha: The Tribunal

I just finished my latest Mecha, I call it Tribunal. You WILL be judged!! I warned you all with my last Mecha post that I might decide to make another tripod at some point. This project was much more ambitious than TAU, and incorporates a few new (...) (19 years ago, 26-Nov-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) A lot of people would say to apply club-soda to remove that stain. A better method is to place the stained part over an empty bowl and poor boiling water over the area. Let the boiling water filter through into the bowl and stain will (...) (19 years ago, 25-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) Fantastic job on the comic, Felix! I laughed so hard my strawberry-mango lo-carb protein drink came out my nose, which really made a mess of my Banana Republic Angel Blue Gradient Stripe shirt. Gip's ship is cool, and I love your characters. (...) (19 years ago, 25-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) The pics I took during the comic shoot were not to my liking. I'm particularly happy with how the large red warship came out, so I didn't want to spoil it with crummy photos. In the next couple of days I'll re-shoot and post over at CSF. (19 years ago, 24-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) I'm also quite stressed these days. The comic was made for a bit of stress relief. Glad it had the same effect for you! (19 years ago, 24-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) Very cool. I had a good time making it, too. Thanks for the kind words. (19 years ago, 24-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) Any chance you'll post more pictures of those red ships that were chasing Gip? They look pretty sweet, and it would be a shame if we only had that one picture with them in the background to gaze upon. And how do you pronounce "Gip"? Is it a (...)   Re: Gip Metro

I'm about as tired and stressed as can be so well done for raising a hearty laugh from this wizened old cynic! I look forward to more narcissistic internal monologues from Gip Metro. -Alex (19 years ago, 24-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Gip Metro

(...) That made me laugh! The Metro Sect Two stuff is way forced, but that just added to the charm. Dr. Terrible is amazing! As soon as i noticed the lipstick on the minions I was hearing the theme from "In Like Flint". OK, Derek Flint was the (...) (19 years ago, 24-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Gip Metro

Hello All, Consider this my humble addition to the pantheon of space sig-figs: (URL) Gip Metro>. I want to address a few things: I am aware the Dr Terrible fig is not true to the original. Tim has seen the fig and given me his approval. In his own (...) (19 years ago, 23-Nov-05, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.space, FTX) !!

  Re: Voidfighter, Brickfrenzy style

(...) I usually hate all-black space MOCs, moreso if they have highly sculpted wings/features/whatever... That's why I am surprised by how much I like this fighter! The cockpit in particular is well done, and I think it would be interesting to apply (...) (19 years ago, 20-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  A Fall collection of MOCs

Here are some things I've built recently. Personally I'd like to see more MOCs posted to lugnet.space, so let's see more people posting their builds.   Re: Voidfighter, Brickfrenzy style

(...) Very slick! I like the tapered nose and I love the crescent wings. Even the engine design is cool. My only complaint is that my monitor is too dark to let me see all the details. You should bring me a new monitor so that I may view your MOC (...) (19 years ago, 18-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Voidfighter, Brickfrenzy style

Re: Sergeant Destroy - Greco Stylin'

(...) Don't be so humble. I printed out some pics of your figures and referred to them frequently. They're a great source of inspiration, especially since I'm a bit starved for ideas at the moment. Dapper Dan and Polly-Ann are my very favourite. But (...) (19 years ago, 17-Nov-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
