(...) I see. And they had their eyes really shut and their heads were at regular level. (...) It was shut off before it was wound in. (...) Right. (...) Yeah...but the zero pressure can make your eyes pop out and stuff like that after a while. (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Seed Part

howD all, I'm suggesting a new seed part so's we can get back to actually having one per month again :-D since I just posted my article on SNOT ((URL)) I'm suggesting the red piece in this pic from that article, cuz it's good for SNOT! (URL) cheers, (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego - Picking Your SNOT

Mmmm... Tasty! I'm going to have to see if I can work some of these ideas into my next MOC. Take care, Soren (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Getting More SNOT

(...) Wow, I have tons of those old headlight 1x1's, and I've always wondered if the difference could be put to some useful purpose. Very much thx for this little bonus, Bruce! -paul (2 URLs) Paul Hartzog (URL) Et In Arcadia Lego> (custom sig image (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Getting More SNOT

Great job, Paul. It's always nice to see SNOT techniques documented. I'll have to try the 4x4/1x4 hinge plate idea. (...) You could use the old style clip for this. The main ring (excluding the studs) is only half a plate thick, so if you add a (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New MOC: Terran Advanced Scientific Satellite

(...) OOh, I like. Satellites are cool. I like the shape of this one. The solar panels are a nice touch- you don't see them much in .space nowadays- must be some advanced magneto-fusion reactor or something. And the satellite-within-a-satellite is (...)   Re: Getting More SNOT

(...) Thanks! Glad I was of use actually giving to you instead of stealing all your great ideas. :) (...) Another nifty idea to steal. Finally, a use for all those randomly-covered hinges I have laying around... (...) Hmmm, what do you mean? (2 (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Getting More SNOT

(...) Ja, I didn't do any flat SNOT for this article, but your technique above is wonderful. I've never seen that. Now I have to get more of those pieces. You can also get flat SNOT using (2 URLs) with only one plate height in between as I did here: (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: What do you think would happen if........

(...) My understanding from all of this is that the rope is rocket-powered to get _to_ the lounge, not to go away from it. That would even help with that whole problem of the rope being able to continue "downward" through the explosive (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)
