  Re: Don't you see it?

(...) Apparently a lot of people missed this...next time, I don't make such a generic thread title:) (...) My weekend was rough because I had to do 72 hours of work in 48, it felt like. ..nothing truly bad, fortunately. Life is good again right now, (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: All your fleebnork are belong to us.

(...) FLEEB-NORKS, FLEEB-NORKS!!! Trans-neon-green is WAY cooler than trans-yellow!!! When I saw that pic I thought "Hmm maybe they sound like Zerg Drones from Starcraft!" Also, where did "All your base are belong to us" originate? Matt C. (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space)

  Hey Spacers!

I'll make this quick. The Starship RPG now has its own board on Lugnet: (URL) Spacey. -The Galactic Mediator PS There's also a new .gaming.brikwars group, which I believe can be played with Space! :) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space) !

  Re: Station 39

(...) Travis, thanks for the kind words. The technic pin is just friction attached over the small nub on the binos. Not all pins work, and it is a bit fragile, but the connection is legit, without glue or any non-lego alteration. Thanks again, Keith (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

New MOC: Count Dooku's Geonosian Speeder

Hello. Here's a quick little MOC I made a few weeks ago, but couldn't post until I'd found my Count Dooku figure: Count Dooku's Geonosian Speeder prototype.   Re: Old MOC reannouncement, just in time for the Matrix sequel

(...) trying to put my jaw back together again. It really is a beautiful work, and I hope you NEVER take it apart! I'm sure pictures don't do it justice. (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space)

Old MOC reannouncement, just in time for the Matrix sequel

Since it's been a little while since I first built the Nebuchadnezzar Hovership from The Matrix, I figured now, with the sequel opening next week, would be a great time to reannounce it so that those of you who didn't see it the first time can check (...)   Re: Station 39

Hey, I was impressed by Station 45, but this does top it. I was wondering, however, about those guns you made your minifigs (the ones coming off the drop ship.) How did you attach the Technic peg to the town binoculars? Trav (-|-) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

Keith and his wife Mitzi (and their cats Elephant and Pickle :-) were kind enough to let me crash at their place last Saturday night (a week ago) and put up with me while I took photos of Keith's stuff.[1] I had a blast. Keith put on music, and we (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Don't you see it?

(...) Joe, I completely missed this but I'm glad I now have seen it. That lil movie is great--cool fade in! The ship itself is excellent (although not familiar with Star Trek I can say the detailing is great for microscale). Sorry to hear you had a (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Don't you see it?

(...) It's not completely accurate, but it has the same feel as the original. There are some things that cannot be done at the scale I made it, unfortunately. I just wanted to make my favorite ship out of all of them!! And thanks for the compliments (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Don't you see it?

  Re: Don't you see it?

  Re: Station 39

Whoah! Ya hit me right in the center of my olive-drab heart. I'm absolutely agog with this creation as it's truly an example of the results being greater than the sum of the parts. As somebody else noted this diorama goes beyond just a quality (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

(...) Wow. It's all excellent. So excellent and well-fleshed out, in fact, that I agree with JHK. You have vehicles, backdrop and characters - you should make a story. Cheers, Paul (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: PCS gains an enemy...Comrade.

(...) Mmmmm. I am liking this wessel even better in red. Ze white, it is a little bland... Maybe I would be liking all ze wessels in red... Cheers, Paul (21 years ago, 5-May-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Station 39

(...) Episodes 1 and 2 show ships build durring a time of peace and prosperity hence the streamlined artistic look. The ships in episode 4,5, and 6 were built durring civil war hence the angular functional look. What does appearnce have to do with (...)
