  Re: Site update.

(...) Actually, the ozbricks.net server is down. It does that a few times every month. That's why I bought my own web host. ;) -JHK (URL) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Major Debut: Part II

(...) Thanks! At first I thought the curved parts from racer sets (parts #30602 and #41855) weren't that great, but now I love them after I used them in this model! I keep hitting myself for not getting a least ten copies of set #7128 for the Scout (...) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: New Website and Debut MOC

(...) The Orbisphere is a really amazing little model. I got the privilege of seeing it in person (and even partially dissecting it) at BricksWest. I also had a lot of fun taking pictures of it with Todd Lehman's *amazing* D-60 :-9 Even though I was (...) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

I really like the Orbisphere. Everything seems to fit together perfectly. I like the colors, too. It's such a cool shape. I like the website, too. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Site update.

Not that anyone cares, but I have added a new news story, much improved the look of the site, and added several new pages to my website. (URL) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  New Website and Debut MOC

Hello, I've just redone my website; it's no longer just for Star Wars. I've added sections for all the LEGO themes I have worked in. They're a bit sparse as of now but with time I plan to work more in those themes. Anyway, here you go: LEGO @ (...)   Re: MOC: Gunstar from "The Last Starfighter"

(...) Dave- Great model, easily recognizable. By coincidence, we played the DVD for the first time in years the same night you posted your announcement. True story: Atari actually built an arcade game that looked like and played like the one in the (...) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: PA004 -Open Atmosphere Suit- Scout Type

Very cool David! I really like the details on this one, all the little greeblies, they all fit so nicely. Sweet suit overall, although I think that some colors might make it look even better. good stuff! -Geordan- (...) (22 years ago, 29-Mar-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: Major Debut: Part II

Yep...you can't go wrong with drk grey and yellow - a modern classic. This looks really nice...I love platforms such as this. You can just picture them loaded with grunts. The cockpits mesh well with the overall structure...the slopes really help (...) (22 years ago, 28-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: 1000 steine 3rd place winner...

(...) <> Yes, there are some cool sci-fi structures. Bionicle blades as doors is very innovative, and I think they work well as "radar" sensors on the landing pad, which I also really like.   Re: A piece of SPACE... no more.... darn it.

I used to love combing the local cliffs for space debris after a sizable chunk of iron ore metorite was discovered one year on a class trip. Bummer that it didn't turn out to be as spacey as you hoped, but it still led to a profitable trip to the (...) (22 years ago, 28-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  1000 steine 3rd place winner...

This is cool. Fred Herrmann won the first place for his superb space city as has been posted about, but the third place winner is also well worth a .spacer's look....sort of a Dune/Stargate scenario by Thomas Bendt. My German is so atrocious, I (...) (22 years ago, 28-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Two Robots Enter - One Robot Leaves!

That's a good idea, and I think you pulled it off pretty well. I like the bars for the cage, and the lights in the corners of the pit look cool. The pit seems a little small, but that's a cool module. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 28-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)
