Re: The Ugliest Thing You'll Ever See Made Out of Transparent Lego

(...) Some might argue that this IS the restroom. ;-) (22 years ago, 14-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: The Ugliest Thing You'll Ever See Made Out of Transparent Lego

(...) I think I'll try that! Now if I can just find a Spencer's... ;-) (22 years ago, 14-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Building Rant One

(...) HI! (waves madly) (...) cool (...) It's an evolution like anything else. I doubt anyone can claim that they started big (...) every thing you build you have to be happy with. When I was younger i was happy with ships that were just a blue box (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Topic debut: Madagascar-class gunboat

(...) well, it is used for cargo... but an airlock wouldnt work as i have no space stuff of that sort, it has a base not a station. another thing that adds to the varients is that there are small impulse engines from the jedi starfighter that allows (...)   Re: Building Rant One

(...) Hi Paul, I'm not certain what you are asking here, or if perhaps you are just looking for validation of your path. Here's how I see it: I think that every MOC builder is in some way an artist. Some take their art more seriously than others, (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: The Ugliest Thing You'll Ever See Made Out of Transparent Lego

Awesome. And I mean that literally ;^) You've certainly achieved... something. Certainly something that no-one else has done. Well done. Allister (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Zoinks.

(...) Zoinks, indeed! Now that is spacey. Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: 3 new MOC's

(...) hard to get a feel for the overall shape from the pics, though. Good stuff! Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Building Rant One

It's sort of hard to respond to this as no specific question has been asked. I'm not really certain what it is you wish to discuss exactly, but I'm guessing the nub of it is in your last paragraph. So here's the question I tihnk was being asked: (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego: Mako comments

thx much to everyone for all the comments on the first batch of pics. I'll try to reward you all for posting, by getting the real version to BFest for you to see. The pics really just don't convey the impression that you get from walking around it. (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: The Ugliest Thing You'll Ever See Made Out of Transparent Lego

(...) Wow! It's beautiful, in a garish, ugly way. It could be the world's largest barley toy, or someplace Superman hangs out on weekends. Cool! Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Topic debut: Madagascar-class gunboat

(...) It looks good, much like a bird-of-prey. I don't think turrets are necessary on something fighter-sized. Good job! Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Et In Arcadia Lego: Mako (batch one)

(...) Ah, it was well worth the wait. The detail is unbelievable. So is that old safe just cargo, dug up from a top-secret archaeological dig? Or does the pilot actually keep his money in there? ;) Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Building Rant One

(...) Oh darn! When I read the subject I thought you were working on the first in a line of "Rant" class ships!! 8?) ROSCO (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Cambridge MOC

(...) Good use of some unorthodox parts, like the breastplate and whatever that grey basket is. Including your concept drawings is a good idea! Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New quasi-moonbase MOC

(...) grey parts add a gritty, outdated feel. Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Building Rant One

howD all, just a little building rant here hoping to stir up some cool discussion and sharing of ideas and approaches... Some of you may have noticed that I don't build big. Now that I've posted the Mako, some of you may also have noticed that as my (...) (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Grimlock Interceptor

(...) Nice! It's interesting to see something sleek on the outside with lots of detailed guts in the inside. So many MOCs have lots of exterior detail with a sparse interior. Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Observatory

(...) That's terrific! What a great idea. In your revised version, do you plan on adding doors to the dome, and giving the telescope a greater range in declination? Jeff J (22 years ago, 13-Mar-03, to lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.space)
