  Re: EYOT - Personal Shuttle

Thats it!!! Man...that was a while ago. That ship is a real beauty - amazingly innovative, especially with the swinging quarterpanel to reveal the main batteries. No wonder it made an impression. If you read this Mark, many thanks for the (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

  The T.E. HoverInfantry

Greetings all. A while ago there was a thread in .castle about knights on broomsticks, zipping up into the air to drop torches onto the enemy or something like that. Only recently did I get the idea to convert that to space! "Knights" in hover-armor (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Starforce NightFalcon Fighter/Bomber

(...) I like the color scheme- it's close to one I use a lot. The double wings make a good shape, and I'm a sucker for detachable cockpits. The corrugated bricks, slopes, and wedges along the sides help to break up the surface, though don't quite (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Builders' Status

Hey Jon, I just came across this post today. Shows you how much I'm on LUGNET. I've made all sorts of Spiffcraft with some surprises inside. Also, a few days ago I built a sub-capital ship about as big as my red/gray Rebel Transport. Actually, it (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.people, lugnet.space)

(...) You're thinking of Mark Sandlin's _Neverwhere_, I think--if you haven't seen it yet, go take a look. It's wonderfully inspiring, and still one of my two or three very favorite MOCs of all time (if not still my #1). I'll put it this way: If (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Black crater plates?

Well, it's probably been painted over or molded in that color, and it does have some bricks or plates connecting it to the other baseplates next to it. (I couldn't figure out why they would cut the baseplate at around 1/4 of a stud until I realized (...) (23 years ago, 3-Apr-02, to lugnet.space)
