Re: Confederation of Planets releases ISSCV

(...) I will finish the slightly modified (due to the Wish-list pieces) ISSCV soon, I need train doors though :-\. I was majorly inspired by the ISSAPC from SAAB. I actually used 3 "Blueprint" pictures for study. Rick (24 years ago, 31-Aug-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.cad, lugnet.build, lugnet.publish)

Re: Confederation of Planets releases ISSCV

out of curiousity, did you mean it to be a replica of the Cargo ships/APCs from "Space: Above and Beyond"? or is it a major coincidence. either way, it's a very nice virtual model, and I'd love to see some pics of the real thing when you finish it.   Re: Confederation of Planets releases ISSCV

(...) If I can finish it's IRL brother, I can bring it to the ConFusion if ya want. Think of it... SAAB fans have something to look at!!! Rick (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Confederation of Planets releases ISSCV

For years you have heard about the Endo/Exo-Atmospheric InterSteller Space Cargo Vehicle, nicknamed the ISSCV for short. Also for years, the Confederation has kept the technical data for the ISSCV a secret too... until now. The Confederation of (...)   Re: Timelines

(...) Actually, just about everything (that is out of the norm of what we see in everyday life) falls into the "Fantasy" category. Now that I finally have some down time I've been catching up on two+ years worth of Realms of Fantasy magazine. The (...)   Re: New MOC: Orca Bomber from Command & Conquer series

(...) Hey, I'd like to see that! The Orca came out quite nicely. Maybe you can tackle the Red Alert stuff too? ;) best LFB (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

Re: New MOC: Orca Bomber from Command & Conquer series

Thanks for the compliments. It would cool to build the entire TS weapons collection in Lego. (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Timelines

(...) Perhaps it’s a Town-Castle hybrid set in the present... The lands of Lego System are no longer as pure. The definitive System sections are being blurred by outsourcing to companies with their own directions. And this does not always fit into (...)   Re: where can I find good sites relating to trek ships

(...) If you want to see some interesting custom variations on ST ships, as well as the ships from the series, you can visit www.starshipmodeler.com ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Timelines

Since I have been told that Rock Raiders are set in the future, I now have to ask the question: Is Harry Potter and his world- Town? Castle? Future (but not space- SW agreement)? Just because something is fictional, does that make it futuristic? (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.space, lugnet.castle, lugnet.town)

Re: where can I find good sites relating to trek ships

(...) Aa a Trek junkie I can answer this question easily. (URL) Don't bother looking for a website that is better than this one. No such website exsists. (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

where can I find good sites relating to trek ships

In particular, is there a site out there that will show me pictures all of the different enterprise ships? (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Sensors, thrusters and turret

(...) The time may come when I'll need to take it apart to use parts for other models. For now, it's really not hogging any parts I need or would use in another creation (except maybe the tan domes and lights). (...) Me too, dude. The carrier (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Sensors, thrusters and turret

(...) Heh, I bought two sets! The first one was on sale AND I had a coupon from the Lego Club Magazine so I got it for about $50. The second one went on clearance at Target and I got it for about $25. So I ended up getting two sets for the price of (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Sensors, thrusters and turret

(...) Howdya get the two topside domes? I thought that a top and bottom were used in that set - I have the pieces from a set that I scavanged from Scott Sanburn. Did you have to steal and beg to get another solid tan dome top, or did you just break (...) (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Sensors, thrusters and turret

(...) Hey Dan, WAY cool BTW. One question: since you now have it the way you want it, what is the likelyhood that you will destroy it? >:) I myself have a couple of things that I can't bring my self to destroy so far, but I'm breaking down.... ~Trev (...)   Re: Close Range fighter

(...) colour are the 2 stick things (antennae?) in the forward-most "guns"? They look like they are purple or something. Maybe it's just the lighting. KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer #203, Windsor, Ontario, Canada (24 years ago, 30-Aug-01, to lugnet.space)
