  Re: atari 800 web server

(...) Not to one-up you, Kevin, but this guy at UMass has an even smaller server! (URL) Hmmm, can an RCX server be far off?   Re: atari 800 web server

(...) Oh Beautiful Hack! Very nice!! (I get the same funny +128 characters that Matt got, but I'm sure you'll get that figured out. :) Say, what's the maximum transmission rate (uncompressed) over IR for an RCX brick? Could we expect an RCX version (...) (25 years ago, 19-Mar-00, to lugnet.off-topic.geek, lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.tele)

  TV cameras on Lego

I found a tiny survelance camera at a local electronics shop and mounted it on a 4x2 Lego brick. It is B&W. It was originally a pinhole type but I had to modify it. The picture on my 55 inch TV was just too fuzzy. I got the sharpness way up. I built (...) (25 years ago, 9-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics.tele)

(URL) robotic arm has a temperature sensor on the end of it. if you bring the arm down, it touches the polar ice cap, and you can watch the temperature dip. if you don't have netscape, and you use ie, you have to hit refresh a lot. -Ben (25 years ago, 4-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics.tele)

  Telerobotic webcam

This group seems to be pretty dead, so I thought I'd try and liven it up. We got a Mindstorms camera mount linked up to the web. I'm not doing the control through Windows. Instead, I'm using some perl CGI and other scripts to send IR messages to the (...) (25 years ago, 10-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.tele)

  Re: ASP and Spirit.ocx

(...) As long as you post it as regular plain ASCII text and not as a binary, I don't see why anyone would mind... --Todd (25 years ago, 23-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.tele)

Re: Red Rover, Red Rover 4.0... windows sockets error question

It turns out that my computer thought that spirit.ocx was still there... because i used to have RCX Code installed but then I delted it (and did not UNinstall it). Red Rover works fine now. :) -Ben (...) (25 years ago, 21-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.tele)

  Re: ASP and Spirit.ocx

Quite a few people have asked me to share the code I cobbled together, so If no one objects, I'd like to post it to the newsgroup.
