| | I realize these might be a FAQ, but cannot seem to find the answers... * how does one send files to pbForth? HyperTerminal is garbling everything up - was that one of the problems with it that Ralph was talking about? maybe another terminal program (...) | | | | (...) Yes, they are a FAQ. PLease refer to the website for FAQ info. It sounds like you do not have the latest version of firmware. | | | | (...) Remember to set up character and line pacing. Char pacing should be about 20 msec or so and the line space should be 100 msec. | | | | i tried, and indeed CRT works much better. but, when using POWER_INIT and POWER_OFF standalone, the display remains lit, showing 4th... and when running TEST_POWER from the supplied scripts, the RCX suddenly (at the fourth step) did not want to come (...) | | | | Hi Vlad, (...) These commands are low-level calls to ROM firmware. If you want to simulate original firmware' behaviour you mast do a little coding. | | | | Hello. I became acquainted with pbforth via Jonathan Knudsen's (O'Reilly) books and think that it's a terrific place to learn forth.
